House Wife Found Hanging in her room in Edo State

All women should have a psychological evaluation done ,because its not every woman that can take the daily challenges that life or the home throws at her.If a woman is able to have an avenue to let out her frustrations it will be an channel to let out her pains and pent up anger or other wise. Some one would have had an idea about what could have happened to the woman the story below ,if she hung herself or worse case if she was in an abusive marriage and was murdered.

The incident occurred in Etsako Local  Government Area in the Edo State.According to the Sun newspaper ,neighbours of the deceased said that the corpse was found dangling from the ceiling of a dark room,believed to be the room of the deceased at No 2 Abeh Street,Ayogwiri.
The Divisional Police Officer for Ayogwiri ,DSP Abdullah Gusau,confirmed the incident ,saying it had been reported.Stating "My officers were at the scene of the incident but we are still invetsigating  what was the exact cause of the death.Efforts are on to bring the true picture surrounding the controversial death"
Abdullahi said that, the case would be transferred to Benin as soon as investigations were concluded .
The Elder brother of the deceased ,Mr Francis Ayonote further stated that, the deceased could not have hanged herself . He said that ,the circumstances of the sister's death were questionable.
He said that the deceased was found nude standing by her window with a rope round her neck,tied to the burglary proof and not dangling as claim.
Ayonote urged the police authorities to unearth the cause of death and bring the culprits to booked

Abuja Banker Kicks Randy Husband Out After He Impregnates Two House Helps in year

Short of words...The woman see something oh hmmmm!

An Abuja Banker has kicked her randy husband out, after he impregnated two house helps with in a year.According to CityPeople , it all happened shortly after their marriage in the city's registry in Area 10 Garki,Abuja.Less than two weeks into the marriage Dickson ,Her husband was usually seen cruising her car about town with young ladies while she was busy at work.

Reports of his activities came to her hearing, but she turned a deaf ear thinking it was out of jealousy as the guy was a handsome,suave speaker. When it became too much Onome reportedly confronted hubby Dickson who claimed the girls were models he was trying to groom.

After much pressure ,Dickson quit his job as a scout for models and events manager to face contracts which he got through his wife. 

However ,he went back to his ways and from then on,the couple had been in and out of crisis. It came to a head about two weeks back when she decided that he had done enough damage.

Once when she travelled abroad to deliver the couple's only child,before she came back Dickson had impregnated the house help who happens to be a distant cousin of hers.

Onome had to find a way to take care of the girl so that the story will not become a  major scandal.  In the process,people from her church were involved as much as Dickson's own parents.

The guy  was  said to have promised to turn a new leaf and indeed showed elements of remorse which made the wife to believe that he had indeed changed.

Based on  this,she reportedly secured a loan for him to start a small business while she restored his use of her cars which he had been forbidden from touching.

Given the nature of her husband's business, she allegedly asked  her mother to come assist in taking care of  her only child  ,as the child was just recovering from a major operation.

The old lady was said to have been taken aback by her son-in-law's closeness to the house help and she mentioned it to her daughter,who with  hind sight sent the girl packing immediately.

Two weeks after the girl was sent packing,the house help's relations came to the house to meet Dickson's mother in law and informed her that their daughter was pregnant for Dickson.

Onome ,according to sources,flew back to Abuja from Lagos and went home to throw her husband's things out of the house swearing to get him arrested and he will  rot in jail if he ever comes to her house again.

Domestic Issues-Boy 13 murdered over new year celeberation

This story  culled from Saturday Vanguard,  states that a 13 year old boy ,Ibitayo Samson was clubbed to death on new year day with a pestle over an argument on roasting of a goat for the celebration in Ondo State.

An eyewitness account said, the incident occurred in the early hours of the new year in Aje Quaters Okeagbe Akoko area of the state.

Saturday Vanguard gathered that the mother of the deceased Ibitayo Oluwatoyin of C & S church reported the incident at the Police Station.Mrs Ibitayo was said to have  told the polce that her son was murdered by one Oladejo Iskilu 24, of Aje Quaters,Okeagbe Akoko,over an argument  on the owner of a tyre for roasting of  the new year goat.

It was gathered that while they were arguing on who owns the tyre,the deceased was attacked with a pestle,Abusive words were exchanged by the two boys  before the suspect ran the house and came out to attack  deceased.

The  deceased reportedly sustained serious injuries on the head and was rushed to a private hospital in the town.

Saturday Vanguard gathered that  matter was reported to the Community Leader who asked the family of the suspect to foot the medical bill incurred by the victim.

But the following morning,the victim reportedly  died in the hospital.Police Image Maker Wole Ogodo confirmed the death of the 13 year old boy. Ogodo said that the suspect has been arrested  and and is in detention.He added that the case has been transferred to State CID for further investigation.

Frustrated Woman-Part Three

Mrs Chinwe Eze who hails from eastern part of Nigeria loves her four children.She  has been married for a period of fourteen years and has been enduring her marriage to Barrister Uzo Eze.

Barrister Eze has never showed love to his wife she had always been treated like an acquired property .He refused to give her money for her personal up keep,brought his mistreses home and made her attend to their needs. He used her as a punching bag  whenever she raised objections or expressed how unhappy she was.

There was an incident where he brought home his mistress,she set the table for them to have dinner,after they had eaten and she had  cleared the table . Bar Eze ordered her to fix their matrimonial bedroom for them to retire for night as he wants to sleep with her in his comfortable water bed. She left her matrimonial bed for them and went to the guest room to sleep. That night, she cried so hard because of the humiliation she felt,still she stayed because of her love for her children.

The incident that broke the carmel's back was when one day Bar Eze came home and unleashed his anger on Chinwe ,he beat her so hard for no reason other than that she just irritated him, he beat her so bad that she was hospitalised for two weeks.While she was at the hospital he did not pay her a visit ,instead he sent his nephew to her .After she was discharged,she came back home and picked up her things and left while Bar Eze was not at home .

Her love for her children was his greatest weapon as when she finally decided to take a bow out of the marriage ,Barrister Eze used all his antics to make sure she did not get the children.Being that she had been a housewife for most of the years they were married she had no skill,no work experience and the fact that he was a lawyer he knew what to do in court to make her case lack substance,hence he gained custody of their four children.

After the divorce,he made it difficult for her to have access to see the children.She did tried to get the family to talk to him but to no avail,because of her frustration she was psychologically drained and emotionally shattered that she lost her mind and went mad. The head of the family summoned him and appealed to him to let her see her children and  he agreed that she sees them in school with the supervision of a tutor.

Though she has access to her children she wants custody of her children  as she knows that her ex- husband does not really love his children but keeping them out of spite for his ex wife Chinwe Eze.

What can she do?
Why would her ex be so hard and let his children suffer?

Ambiance in the Home - 2014

"Charity begins at home" as the saying goes.

 A home that lacks love is a home ready to explode with hatred.

Hatred breeds dysfunctionality. Dysfunctionality in a home breeds bitter,angry spouses and children,

In the old Africa,it is believed that the home front is the total responsibility of the woman but in today's Africa,it is about both the man and woman.The woman makes the home peaceful ,loving and this transcends to the man who supports the woman at home.

From experience ,I saw the difference between a home of lack of communication & misunderstanding and a home filled with love and the children could have access to their parents whenever they wanted.

A dysfunctional home could entail a woman having a husband who lacks understanding for both her kids and her needs. She tries to do everything to connect with her man till she can not endure it anymore and leaves or decides to stay in the living hell that is seemingly a loveless marriage.This marks the beginning of a dysfunctional home, as it culminates to the parents and children enduring living together as there is no love lost. This could create an avenue for all concerned to seek for love where they should not, so that they can feel important or relevant to themselves or others.

The home front is very vital to the family.A peaceful loving home is like a breath of fresh air to everyone in the home. Amidst all the fighting there is patience,tolerance and forgiveness. This should be transcontinental as it is not only an African factor.

As Mother Theresa said, "We can do no great things ,only small things with great love"

We should thank God for his mercies that we saw 2014!

Everyone should not only reminisce on the past year but look forward to a new year.

Do not want give the cliche speech about what we should do this year but will like us to dwell on what we should represent this year.

As Wives,Mothers,Women we are the backbone and the neck that holds our family together.We are so blessed ,we that whatever we are determined to achieve we do. We are priceless and capable of  accomplishing what we set our minds to accomplish.

It takes a strong woman to be calm and  keep things together when things are not okay.

Lets be strong,capable,loving and prayerful this year so that we can rise above our challenges,above all this, we should love and believe in ourselves .

Lets grow,cry,laugh,and celebrate as we bond  in 2014.
