Teen Bride Charged With Killing Her Husband & Three others in Kano

The 14-year -old bride Wasila who murdered her husband Umaru Sani and three others in Kademi village in Gaya local government area has been charged with murder.

Wasila was charged April 14 before a Rijiyar Zaki Magistrates Court in Kano for alleged homicide.

testifying before the Magistrate,Binta Muhammed,the prosecutor Inspector Yusuf Sale said, the accused killed her husband and others with food  that had rat poison in it.

Sale said her husband and three others died ob the spot while six others who ate the meal fell ill and were immediately rushed to the General hospital Gaya but was treated and later discharged.

Wasila pleaded not guilty and was remanded in prison on the order of the Magistrate Binta.

Teen Bride Regrets Poisoning Her Husband

                                                                 

Earlier on the story why-teen-bride-fed-husband-with-deadly.,was featured of a 14- year- old bride Wasila Umaru ,who poisoned her husband 32 year old Umaru Sani and killed him along with three others ,also hurting many others that ate the poisoned meal ,today she is repentant of her actions that led to the death of her husband and three others .

In tears she said, " Mine was a classical example of youthful exuberance,it dawned on me shortly after that it was a joke taken too far to resolve a forced marriage question"

She said her father forced her onto the marriage she was not ready for .

When asked about her husband Umar Sani,Wasila confessed. that her blood went cold when she realized that she had committed mass murder.

With all the evidence available ,the police have to prosecute the accused,but they are faced with the dilemma due to the age of Wasila who still a minor.

Lamenting over her act,Wasila said ,"Destiny appears to have played a wicked one on me at this stage of my life and I would rededicate the rest of my life to sincerely seek Allah's forgiveness"

Why Teen Bride Fed Husband With Deadly Meal

In Kano State a fourteen year-old bride ,Wosila Umaru has allegedly poisoned her husband,35 year old- groom Umaru Sani  and three other persons in Ungwar Yansoro in Gaya local government area of Kano State.

The suspect was said to have fed the victims with rat poison which she bought from a local  market at the cost of eight naira. 

Wosila who confessed to committing the crime said that her reason was due to the fact that she was forced into marrying Umaru Sani  against her wish, as she was not in love with him.

The husband died after eating the meal along with his friends,Nasiru Mohammed and Alhassan Alhassan of Yansoro Kademi,who died on the spot,while the other female victim,Indo Ibrahim died at the hospital while receiving treatment.

However, ten other victims who ate the poisonous meal survived as they were treated and discharged from the hospital.

The Kano State police spokesman ,Musa Magaji Majiya who confirmed the incident said that the corpese have been taken to  hospital for examination while investigation into the incident is on.

This simply depicts and marks the trend of child brides being  less submissive as their older counterparts who they were married off.

Pastor Caught In the Act With the Wife of A Military Officer

The saying " One bad egg spoils the whole crate" is a reality today with the current trend that some pastors are not reliable.As they deceive the men and women who go to them seeking help from God, thereby spoiling the name of the good ones .

Husband Seeks Dissolution Marriage Due To Wife's HIV Status Being Positive

In this story  the question arises will a wife remain with her husband if he is HIV positive?

A 38 year old civil servant,Silas Dodo has requested that the Upper Area Court in Maraba,Nassarawa State,dissolve his marriage with his wife due to her HIV status  being positive,even though he is still HIV negative. 

The News Agency of Nigeria  reported that Dodo,told the court on Tuesday that he wanted to divorce the wife ,35 ,that he married in 2007.

Dodo told the court that the wife was found to be HIV positive following a recent test they had.

He further went on to tell the court that he met his wife in 2002 The Federal University of Technology,Yola and they were married in 2007 in a church.

He said that before they were married both of them were screened on the church's directive  and they were both HIV negative at the time.

He stated that, no too long after his marriage ,his sexual relationship with his wife deteriorated as she started denying him sex.

The complainant said his wife was always falling sick ,a condition that compelled him to take her to the several clinics to have some tests done and she was found to be HIV positive

Do said that when he discovered his wife's HIV status ,he instructed his lawyer to write to his wife and the church.The wife later packed out of their matrimonial home in Masaka and went to live on her own at Auta Balafi.

In her response the woman ,who was not represented by a counsel ,admitted that the HIV test results tendered by her husband were genuine.

Counsel to the complainant ,Mr Elisha Onaji ,therefore urged the court to adjourn the case to another date .
The presiding officer,Mr Vincent Gwahemba adjourned the matter till March,31.2014 for continuation.

Best Friend Hypnotized and Snatched My Wife

Indeed like the saying your best friend could be your worst enemy so is the case of 32-year old Jibril Adamu.He told a Grade 1 Upper Area court in Maraba that his bestfriend,Halilu Lawal,35 ,snatched his wife Aisha by using charm on her and that's why she lost interest in their 15 year old marriage.

Adamu said his wife was hypnotised by Lawal who gave her charm under the pretence that it was for protection.

Adamu  said that he became aware of about the situation of his wife losing interest in their marriage through his mother-in-law, who came to inform him about what her daughter had told her.

Adamu who had ,taken the matter to the village head where Lawal admitted using charms on her.

In his defence,Lawal,denied the allegations saying he was not responsible for Adamu's wife leaving him.

presiding over the matter,the judge,Mr Albert Maga,adjourned the case until April 1,while also urging both parties to bring their witnesses to court on the adjourned date.

Wife Of Mercy Johnson's Husband Speaks About Life ,Break-Up.

The husband of Mercy Johnson ,Prince Odianosen Okojie's  ex -wife  has revealed that the episode of her life,with her ex-husband  who left her for another woman is history.

Lovely Okojie  stated that "life is full of ups and downs" ,that she has accepted her fate .

When asked to speak to her children,she replied thay they are fine and they are all coping well.However when asked if Prince Odianosen has been assisting in the children's up keep.Lovely got upset saying 'What do you mean ,That is my past.In fact i don't know what you are talking about" and the phone went off.

Horror Baby Factory Uncovered In Ogun State

The question to be asked is that where are the parents or guardians of these girls?Why would they allow these girls to do whatever they deemed fit.

The police in Ogun State discovered a "Baby Factory" in Akute -Ajuwon community in Ifo local government area,where young girls were subjected to having  babies whose fate had already been sealed from conception to be sold.

Eight young girls were rescued by the police at the house on Sebanjo Crescent in Akute while  Mrs Angela Chigozie and her brother-in-law Obinna Nduaga were arrested .

Amongst the young girls rescued are Precious Steven 16 years old,Miracle Eze and Blessing Saviour both aged 17,Jeremiah Gift 25,Joy Okoro 20, Stella Samuel 19,Agnes Igbo 22,and Vivian Princewill 20.

The state Commissioner of Police Ikemefuna disclosed that babies were often sold for N300,000 the place while pittance is paid to the young mothers whose babies have been sold.

Husband Seeks Divorce Over Battery Of Mother By His Wife

Husband and father  of  two, has pleaded with the Igando Customary Court in Lagos  to dissolve his 10-year marriage to his wife due to alleged battery of his mother by the wife.

Ayuda Abila forty-two -year old,said that his wife Tina always  was fond of beating up his mother for no reason.

"My wife has turned my mother into a punching bag,alleging that she is a witch ",he said.

He also claimed ,that Tina once had his mother arrested claiming that she intended to poison her food.He further stated , that any time a member of his family comes around to the house it was war.

 He told the court that he was fed up with the union.

"I can not cope with her constant beating and harassment of my mother and her hostility to my siblings".

Responding Tina told the court that she had never beaten up her mother -in-law that it was her mother-in-law that beats her up,and urged the court not to dissolve the marriage.

The Court President ,Mr R.I Adeyeri,adjourned the case till March 26 for further hearing.

Wife Seeks Divorce Saying' My Husband Cannot Satisfy Me Sexually'

A middle -aged housewife ,Rumoke Amzat ,on Wednesday asked a Mapo Customary Court in Ibadan to dissolve her four-year old marriage to her husband,Rasaq for alleged impotence.

Rumoke told the court that since she got married to her husband ,she had never enjoyed the sexual aspect of their marriage let alone getting pregnant.

"When I noticed his impotency ,I advised him to seek medical attention at Jerico Specialist Hospital where he was operated upon and was even given drugs."

"Sadly ,my husband just refused to take the drugs.The doctor also confirmed that, if he had used the drugs,there would have certainly been some changes."

"He advised me to supervise his drug usage and I found out that he was not taking the drugs."

"I did everything humanly possible but he kept ;lying to me about the true situation of things," Rumoke said.

The housewife ,who broke down in tears said "For four years now ,since our marriage ,I have not had any conception".

Rasaq ,however ,said that since their marriage,he had been under spiritual attacks.

"I have made her to reason with me that the problem is beyond the ordinary medical sense,but she has failed to see things that way.

"I prefer that we seek God's intervention in fasting and prayer rather than surgery,He said.

The President of the court ,Mr Henric Agbaje,asked them to go and think properly over the wife's intention to quit the marriage.

Agbaje adjourned the case to April 2.

Husband Forgives Wife Who Attempted to Kill Him Because Of S*x

A businessman from Kangemi on Tuesday stunned a Kibera Court after he asked to withdraw an assault case against his wife, who attempted to kill him by stabbing him and leaving him for dead.

Rodgers Ndenda,who was admitted in the hospital gathered strength and showed up at the court when his wife ,Naomi Kinyanju ,was just about to take a plea.

He told the Kibera magistrate,Jacintha Kwena ,That he did not want to proceed with the case because he had forgiven his wife .His reasons being that the wife was good in bed and satisfied him to the fullest.

Ndena's reason shocked those present in the court room with the magistrate asking Kangemi based businessman if he was sure of his decision.Ndenda,who seemed to be in much pain reiterated saying that he had forgiven his wife.

Kwena explained that the wife was a dangerous person who can kill  adding that next time the husband won't be so lucky and asked Ndenda to think deeply about his decision but he said that he came to the decision after thoroughly thinking over it.

With that ,the magistrate adjourned the case saying he will decide after he receives a probation report.
