Teen Bride Charged With Killing Her Husband & Three others in Kano

The 14-year -old bride Wasila who murdered her husband Umaru Sani and three others in Kademi village in Gaya local government area has been charged with murder.

Wasila was charged April 14 before a Rijiyar Zaki Magistrates Court in Kano for alleged homicide.

testifying before the Magistrate,Binta Muhammed,the prosecutor Inspector Yusuf Sale said, the accused killed her husband and others with food  that had rat poison in it.

Sale said her husband and three others died ob the spot while six others who ate the meal fell ill and were immediately rushed to the General hospital Gaya but was treated and later discharged.

Wasila pleaded not guilty and was remanded in prison on the order of the Magistrate Binta.

Teen Bride Regrets Poisoning Her Husband

                                                                 

Earlier on the story why-teen-bride-fed-husband-with-deadly.,was featured of a 14- year- old bride Wasila Umaru ,who poisoned her husband 32 year old Umaru Sani and killed him along with three others ,also hurting many others that ate the poisoned meal ,today she is repentant of her actions that led to the death of her husband and three others .

In tears she said, " Mine was a classical example of youthful exuberance,it dawned on me shortly after that it was a joke taken too far to resolve a forced marriage question"

She said her father forced her onto the marriage she was not ready for .

When asked about her husband Umar Sani,Wasila confessed. that her blood went cold when she realized that she had committed mass murder.

With all the evidence available ,the police have to prosecute the accused,but they are faced with the dilemma due to the age of Wasila who still a minor.

Lamenting over her act,Wasila said ,"Destiny appears to have played a wicked one on me at this stage of my life and I would rededicate the rest of my life to sincerely seek Allah's forgiveness"

Why Teen Bride Fed Husband With Deadly Meal

In Kano State a fourteen year-old bride ,Wosila Umaru has allegedly poisoned her husband,35 year old- groom Umaru Sani  and three other persons in Ungwar Yansoro in Gaya local government area of Kano State.

The suspect was said to have fed the victims with rat poison which she bought from a local  market at the cost of eight naira. 

Wosila who confessed to committing the crime said that her reason was due to the fact that she was forced into marrying Umaru Sani  against her wish, as she was not in love with him.

The husband died after eating the meal along with his friends,Nasiru Mohammed and Alhassan Alhassan of Yansoro Kademi,who died on the spot,while the other female victim,Indo Ibrahim died at the hospital while receiving treatment.

However, ten other victims who ate the poisonous meal survived as they were treated and discharged from the hospital.

The Kano State police spokesman ,Musa Magaji Majiya who confirmed the incident said that the corpese have been taken to  hospital for examination while investigation into the incident is on.

This simply depicts and marks the trend of child brides being  less submissive as their older counterparts who they were married off.

Husband Seeks Dissolution Marriage Due To Wife's HIV Status Being Positive

In this story  the question arises will a wife remain with her husband if he is HIV positive?

A 38 year old civil servant,Silas Dodo has requested that the Upper Area Court in Maraba,Nassarawa State,dissolve his marriage with his wife due to her HIV status  being positive,even though he is still HIV negative. 

The News Agency of Nigeria  reported that Dodo,told the court on Tuesday that he wanted to divorce the wife ,35 ,that he married in 2007.

Dodo told the court that the wife was found to be HIV positive following a recent test they had.

He further went on to tell the court that he met his wife in 2002 The Federal University of Technology,Yola and they were married in 2007 in a church.

He said that before they were married both of them were screened on the church's directive  and they were both HIV negative at the time.

He stated that, no too long after his marriage ,his sexual relationship with his wife deteriorated as she started denying him sex.

The complainant said his wife was always falling sick ,a condition that compelled him to take her to the several clinics to have some tests done and she was found to be HIV positive

Do said that when he discovered his wife's HIV status ,he instructed his lawyer to write to his wife and the church.The wife later packed out of their matrimonial home in Masaka and went to live on her own at Auta Balafi.

In her response the woman ,who was not represented by a counsel ,admitted that the HIV test results tendered by her husband were genuine.

Counsel to the complainant ,Mr Elisha Onaji ,therefore urged the court to adjourn the case to another date .
The presiding officer,Mr Vincent Gwahemba adjourned the matter till March,31.2014 for continuation.

Best Friend Hypnotized and Snatched My Wife

Indeed like the saying your best friend could be your worst enemy so is the case of 32-year old Jibril Adamu.He told a Grade 1 Upper Area court in Maraba that his bestfriend,Halilu Lawal,35 ,snatched his wife Aisha by using charm on her and that's why she lost interest in their 15 year old marriage.

Adamu said his wife was hypnotised by Lawal who gave her charm under the pretence that it was for protection.

Adamu  said that he became aware of about the situation of his wife losing interest in their marriage through his mother-in-law, who came to inform him about what her daughter had told her.

Adamu who had ,taken the matter to the village head where Lawal admitted using charms on her.

In his defence,Lawal,denied the allegations saying he was not responsible for Adamu's wife leaving him.

presiding over the matter,the judge,Mr Albert Maga,adjourned the case until April 1,while also urging both parties to bring their witnesses to court on the adjourned date.

Wife Of Mercy Johnson's Husband Speaks About Life ,Break-Up.

The husband of Mercy Johnson ,Prince Odianosen Okojie's  ex -wife  has revealed that the episode of her life,with her ex-husband  who left her for another woman is history.

Lovely Okojie  stated that "life is full of ups and downs" ,that she has accepted her fate .

Horror Baby Factory Uncovered In Ogun State

The question to be asked is that where are the parents or guardians of these girls?Why would they allow these girls to do whatever they deemed fit.

The police in Ogun State discovered a "Baby Factory" in Akute -Ajuwon community in Ifo local government area,where young girls were subjected to having  babies whose fate had already been sealed from conception to be sold.

Eight young girls were rescued by the police at the house on Sebanjo Crescent in Akute while  Mrs Angela Chigozie and her brother-in-law Obinna Nduaga were arrested .

Amongst the young girls rescued are Precious Steven 16 years old,Miracle Eze and Blessing Saviour both aged 17,Jeremiah Gift 25,Joy Okoro 20, Stella Samuel 19,Agnes Igbo 22,and Vivian Princewill 20.

The state Commissioner of Police Ikemefuna disclosed that babies were often sold for N300,000 the place while pittance is paid to the young mothers whose babies have been sold.

Husband Seeks Divorce Over Battery Of Mother By His Wife

Husband and father  of  two, has pleaded with the Igando Customary Court in Lagos  to dissolve his 10-year marriage to his wife due to alleged battery of his mother by the wife.

Ayuda Abila forty-two -year old,said that his wife Tina always  was fond of beating up his mother for no reason.

"My wife has turned my mother into a punching bag,alleging that she is a witch ",he said.

He also claimed ,that Tina once had his mother arrested claiming that she intended to poison her food.He further stated , that any time a member of his family comes around to the house it was war.

 He told the court that he was fed up with the union.

"I can not cope with her constant beating and harassment of my mother and her hostility to my siblings".

Responding Tina told the court that she had never beaten up her mother -in-law that it was her mother-in-law that beats her up,and urged the court not to dissolve the marriage.

The Court President ,Mr R.I Adeyeri,adjourned the case till March 26 for further hearing.

Wife Seeks Divorce Saying' My Husband Cannot Satisfy Me Sexually'

A middle -aged housewife ,Rumoke Amzat ,on Wednesday asked a Mapo Customary Court in Ibadan to dissolve her four-year old marriage to her husband,Rasaq for alleged impotence.

Rumoke told the court that since she got married to her husband ,she had never enjoyed the sexual aspect of their marriage let alone getting pregnant.

"When I noticed his impotency ,I advised him to seek medical attention at Jerico Specialist Hospital where he was operated upon and was even given drugs."

"Sadly ,my husband just refused to take the drugs.The doctor also confirmed that, if he had used the drugs,there would have certainly been some changes."

"He advised me to supervise his drug usage and I found out that he was not taking the drugs."

"I did everything humanly possible but he kept ;lying to me about the true situation of things," Rumoke said.

The housewife ,who broke down in tears said "For four years now ,since our marriage ,I have not had any conception".

Rasaq ,however ,said that since their marriage,he had been under spiritual attacks.

"I have made her to reason with me that the problem is beyond the ordinary medical sense,but she has failed to see things that way.

"I prefer that we seek God's intervention in fasting and prayer rather than surgery,He said.

The President of the court ,Mr Henric Agbaje,asked them to go and think properly over the wife's intention to quit the marriage.

Agbaje adjourned the case to April 2.

A businessman from Kangemi on Tuesday stunned a Kibera Court after he asked to withdraw an assault case against his wife, who attempted to kill him by stabbing him and leaving him for dead.

Rodgers Ndenda,who was admitted in the hospital gathered strength and showed up at the court when his wife ,Naomi Kinyanju ,was just about to take a plea.

He told the Kibera magistrate,Jacintha Kwena ,That he did not want to proceed with the case because he had forgiven his wife .His reasons being that the wife was good in bed and satisfied him to the fullest.

Ndena's reason shocked those present in the court room with the magistrate asking Kangemi based businessman if he was sure of his decision.Ndenda,who seemed to be in much pain reiterated saying that he had forgiven his wife.

Kwena explained that the wife was a dangerous person who can kill  adding that next time the husband won't be so lucky and asked Ndenda to think deeply about his decision but he said that he came to the decision after thoroughly thinking over it.

With that ,the magistrate adjourned the case saying he will decide after he receives a probation report.

Husband Seeks Divorce Over Wife Checking His Phone

A man has asked for the court to dissolve his marriage based on the pretext that his wife is always going through his phone.Find the story below.

An Orile Agege Customary Court in Lagos State ,has dissolved a 13 -year old marriage between Mosuru faronbi and his wife,Adijat,on grounds of threat to life and incessant fighting. 

The judge,Mr Adegboyega Omilola,held that the marriage had broken down irreparably. 

Omilola said,"Starting from today,you cease to be addressed as husband and wife,you shall go your separate ways and maintain and peace. 

"The custody of the children is hereby referred to Ikeja family Court for final decision.But in the interim ,they should remain with their mother. 

"The father shall be responsible for the education and medical bills of the children and should also pay N10,000 to the woman" ,he said. 

Mosuru,on December 19,2013,urged the court to dissolve his marriage to Adijat whom he alleged was always fighting him and threatening his life. 

Forty -year- old Mosuru ,a carpenter,who resides at 42,Oluwole Olaniyi Street,Orile Agege,Lagos State accused 35 -year -old Adijat of always fighting him and causing him public embarrassment..

"My wife is in the habit of checking my phone whenever I return from work,and if she sees any strange number,she starts fighting me" 

"She is very troublesome and will always curse and embarrass me in public anytime we have a little misunderstanding." 

She doesn't have respect for my family;she abuses my mother and always threatens to beat any of my younger ones if they come to our home." 

"Her behaviour made me find solace in another woman .Please separate us before she kills me," Mosuru prayed the court . 

Adijat ,a petty trader who lives at 42 ,New Era Street,Alimosho,Lagos State,did not deny the allegations,but pleaded with court not to grant her husband's request. 

"I did all because my husband chases everything in skirt.The worst is that he is having affair with my best friend". 

"He left the house since last year to an unknown place and I am sure he is living in a woman's house". 

"I am not ready to leave him because of my children",she said.

A 35- year old man,Arinze Kingsley,has left a married woman ,Mrs Amaka Ohanwe partially blind when she allegedly refused his sexual advances.

Amaka was seriously injured in her right eye ,when she was allegedly beaten up by Kingsley at a beauty saloon.

She said after undergoing several operations,the doctors at Apapa General Hospital confirmed that she cannot see with eye again.

Following the assault,the police at Area 'B' Apapa arrested Kingsley and charged him with assault before the Apapa Magistrate's Court after which he was remanded in Kirikiri Prisons in Lagos State, southwest ,Nigeria.

Both Amaka and Kingsley,who is still single admitted that they were friends but Amaka said they were just friends not lovers.

She said she stopped relating with Kingsley when she discovered that he was desperate to have sex with her despite the fact that he knew that she was married and had two kids.

She said after several attempts by him to sleep with her failed,he became aggressive and when she noticed that ,she started avoiding him.

Amaka said Kingsley eventually traced her to a saloon at Pen Crescent, Apapa,Lagos where she went to have her hair done and attacked her in front of the beauty shop.

"He waited fr me outside the saloon.When he saw me ,he started abusing me after I refused his advances.I replied him and he hit my eye and threw me on the floor.He started hitting his head on my eyes until I started bleeding." she told the court.

Amaka said it was their neighbours who came to her rescue and took her to the hospital,while Kingsley immediately started his motorcycle and rode off after attacking her.

She alleged that after the attack Kingsley boasted that nothing would happen to him because he has money to bail himself out of any difficult situation.Amaka reported the case to the police but alleged that she was asked to collect N30,000.00 for her eye operation in order to settle the matter out of court.

Amaka said she had spent over N200,000 on the surgeries but they were not successful.She called on the state government to come to her aid and ensure justice was done in the matter .

Meanwhile,when Kingsley was contacted ,he admitted attacking Amaka but said he wanted to settle the matter out of court but she refused.

When he was arraigned,he pleaded not guilty.The presiding magistrate,Mrs O.A Adegbite,granted him bail in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum.

He was ,however ,remanded in prison custody pending when he will fulfil his bail conditions ,The matter was adjourned till 24 March.

The police at 'B' Division, Asaba Delta State have arrested a graduate of the state owned university,Christiana Otega for allegedly stabbing her twin sister's husband following his refusal to have sexual intercourse with her. 

It was gathered that the suspect was a guest in her twin's house who had just been delivered of a baby and it was while she was there that the incident occurred. 

It was said Christiana,the older of the twin,while in her sister's house was in the habit of putting on skimpy clothes and the sister's husband earlier complained to his wife about it and on that fateful day,while his wife had taken the baby to the hospital for routine immunisation,he was in the bathroom having a bath when Christiana rushed in and urged him to have sex with her ,but he turned her down and slapped her when she remained adamant. 

This infuriated the suspect ,who ran into the kitchen and grabbed a knife which she allegedly
 used to stab the victim on the right hand. 

A police source on the condition of anonymity confirmed the arrest of the suspect and that the suspect on interrogation had confessed to the crime.

The father of a 5-year old school boy that was killed by kidnappers after collecting ransom in Kano state,Alhaji Aminu Ahmed has opened up on how he paid the kidnappers N2 million out of the 5 million they demanded in the presence of policemen. 

It was reported to Sunday Trust Correspondent that Aminu's son Aliyu,was kidnapped on Tuesday while returning from anIslamic school located a stone throw from his father's residence in Naibawa quarters in Kumbotso Local Government Area of the state as student of the school had deceived the boy. 

After taking him away,the kidnappers established contact with the boy's father around 7 pm on same day. 

Alhaji Aminu said about two hours after his son was declared missing,an almajiri brought a letter from the kidnappers which read" If really your son is missing contact us on this number" 

He said ,"Without delay I called the number but it was not going.Then I sent a text message to them and after two minutes they called me.He told me that he knows me very well,that he is working with somebody who has sold my son for N30m,but that he would assist me .He said that for him to assist me,I will give him something. 

I asked him what does he want and he said ,no I should tell him what I will give him.

I said N1m but he said, "No that it was too small.He now said N10m but after several negotiations he agreed to to collect N5m.That was around 9pm on Tuesday. 

He then asked me that I should pay him the money immediately,but it was already late that I can only give him N1m because it was already late that day.Meanwhile ,we have already contacted the police,in fact we were with the state Police  Commissioner ,Alhaji Adenrele Tasgeed Shinnaba and the state's Special Anti-Robbery Squad(SAS) from 9pm till around 3:30am  

On Wednesday morning,the guy sent an account number of an old generation bank to me and that I should pay before 9:30am because they have given an injection to my son that has made him weak.He said my son has fainted twice.I told him that I am already inside the bank trying to pay  the money. 

Aminu who is a Kano based business man said when he wanted to pay ,the police who were with him in the bank asked him to wait for them to perfect their plans. 

"You know they followed me to the bank with a court order so they said I should wait for them to make arrangement with the bank officials.After several pressure,the policemen,en allowed me and the we transferred N2m ro the account given to me by the kidnappers,he said. 

He said the transfer was delayed due to unstable network in the bank and that as such the kidnappers didn't get the money until 10:30 am an hour after the deadline given to him. 

After the money was transferred ,I tried severally but the kidnappers' line was not going.But by 12:30 pm ,he called me with another line and acknowledged that he has received alert.He demanded for the balance of N3m and I told him  that I am working on it in the bank.The kidnapper now told me that I should forgive him but I said I will after seeing my son.He then ended the call. 

About 30 minutes later he called me with another number,he now said I should go to Kurege near a block industry,That I should search inside an uncompleted building for my son.We went there but we couldn't see him there,but around 5pm,policemen saw the lifeless body of my son in an uncompleted building somewhere else.They strangulated him and we saw signs of injuries on his two eyes" ,he said.

Hmm ,strange things keep happening in the name of God.This story is so outrageous .How gullible can women be!

Find below the story of a pastor who instructs female members of his church to come to church without bras and pants.

A Kenyan pastor,Reverend Njohi of the Lord's Propeller Redemption Church in Dandora Phase 2,an eastern suburb in Nairobi has ordered female members of his congregations to come to church service without underwear for Christ to enter their lives.

This he told them during a meeting led by the  reverend himself,stating that underwear was ungodly!

To ensure that his orders were carried out ,he instructed mothers to check their daughters had complied with the new law of coming to church on Sundays without panties or bras for them to receive Christ .

Rev .Njohi said that ,there would be dire consequences for anyone who secretly puts on undies to church.

According to him,when going to church,people need to be free in body and spirit to receive Christ.

A member of the church who pleaded for anonymity said women followed the pastor's instruction as they came to church dressed without panties and bras!

The Okokomaiko Division in Lagos State ,Southwest Nigeria ,have arrested the Baale of Mebanu Kingdom ,Chief Mosiu Adio Hassan and four others over alleged murder of a house wife, Faith Elo Ibrahim and attempted murder of her husband Bashiru Ibrahim pictured below.

The woman was shot and secretly buried the area without her husband's consent.

It was discovered that the couple was attacked because they were related to the former Baale known as Kolawale,who was dethroned last year 2013.

The police also allegedly recovered ammunition during the arrest of the suspects ,who have been handed over to to the State Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) ,Ikeja,Lagos for further investigation.

The 24 -year old housewife was allegedly was shot with her husband ,while they were on their way back from the market by the security aides of the Baale.The incident happened at Mechanic Bus stop close to the Baale's palace in Mebamu area in Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos.

The woman died a few days after from the injuries sustained from the gun shot while her husband survived .the attack on them.

Narrating what happened,Ibrahim said that,he went to the market to buy some food items with his late wife on the fateful day.On their way back home that evening,they were accosted by some men with cutlasses and guns close to his house and the Baale's palace.

He said they asked him,where there were going or coming from  that evening.While he was still explaining,one of them hit his back with a cutlass,while another ,he identified as Wale pointed the gun he was carrying and shot at him and his wife,and fled after shooting them. 

He said that,he was shot at his waist while his wife was badly injured in her waist and other parts of her body  which later resulted to her death.

Ibrahim said they were left the scene and neighbours who knew them and saw what happened rushed them to a private hospital,Ademola Medical Centre at Ijaniki area,where his wife eventually died two days later.

He alleged that ,while he was still in pains at the hospital ,the Baale conspired with other people to bury his wife without informing him.

He said since the incident ,their only daughter ,Opeyemi had kept asking him about her mother.

Ibrahim said those behind the death of his wife must be brought to justice.

When contacted by newsmen,Baale Hassan,confirmed the incident and said it was the security men that shot the victims and he only intervened to settle the matter peacefully and that he settled with the family of the deceased before she was buried and declined to comment on the allegations that he illegally owned weapons and his thugs harassed residents of the area.

A visit to Okoko Police Division,DPO ,Richard Temple,who confirmed the arrest,said the matter had been transferred to SARS .

Husbands & Wives Listen To Each Other

Sometimes when a woman talks about her challenges to her husband,all she wants ,its for him to really be attentive to her.Even though he might not be able to fix the issue but he is able to listen to her.

Our men sometimes are so busy that they do not have the patience to sit and listen ,or talk to their wives.They could be short tempered and always in a hurry to chase money or do other stuff. They do not listen to the emotional stuff from their wives especially when they are thinking about monies or other "realistic issues" they might have.

Apart from discussing issues that affect the home,they do not sit to play and get to know the current state of the wife's state of mind in the marriage. 

When a woman is complaining of having a headache,their conversation could go thus:

Wife: I have a headache

Husband:Take panadol now.Where did  you keep the briefcase I brought from work .I have something I need to work on there.

Now that  is the end of that discussion.He might be so busy ,he would not remember talk about it again,but if it is the husband that is ill ,all attention will be on him thanks to the mother instinct in wives.

Husband: I am not feeling well at all.

Wife : What is wrong?

Husband: I don't know but I have a headache

Wife :It must be you are stressed up.Should I get you panadol

Husband :Yes please get me my drugs and I want fresh fish pepper soup.will take my drugs and go to bed ,i do not want any disturbance.

Of course the wife will check up on him but will not wake him up.

See how attentive she was to him.She listened to him.What is wrong with paying same attention to wifey.Especially when all she wants its to talk and pour out her heart to her man.A little gesture as a hug,could go a long way to calm her nerves.

This also applies to women who do not listen to their men.
