This is heart wrenching. There are lots of women out there are looking for children and some people or women decided to abandon the gift from God by the road side...Dead.
The story below was culled from a national newspaper:
A day old girl was abandoned at a road side construction site in the Ikorodu roundabout ,LagosAccording to eye witnesses the baby,with placenta and fresh blood ,whose body was wrapped in a lace material,may have been delivered by an unknown woman during the early hours of the day yesterday,and dumped by the road side.
Passers by who gathered to catch a glimpse of the lifeless body of the baby gave diverse accounts of the incidence.
While some said, the baby was discovered alive but died before help could come,others maintained that the baby was already dead by the time it was discovered at day break.
